| Emily and her Teddy |
Today Emily had her ballet dance at the downtown Vancouver, WA festival called Art in the Heart. She did FABULOUS!! Three of the eight girls that were in her summer camp showed up to do the Teddy Bear Dance. It was great! Emily had nine people in all there to cheer her on and watch her do her routine! We weren't sure if she'd do it or not because she appeared to be very nervous while waiting. BUT...when the teacher called all Teddy Bear dancers she went right on up! SUPER job baby! Thank you so much JuJu, Titi, Belen, Grandpa, Grandma, Michele, Kira and Kayla for coming to watch the wee one! Boy, if today was any indication of the crowds that Emily will have when she has her first official recital, she may need her own section of the auditorium! :-)
After nap time today, we headed to Grandpa's birthday party! As usual Emily had a marvelous time, as did the whole family! Grandpa loved the frog Emily gave him for his yard! She picked it out all be herself! We all had fun enjoying each other's company and a good meal! Enjoy the pictures! Happy Birthday Dad/Grandpa! We love you!
