Tonight we enjoyed a fresh salad with lettuce from our own garden! Emily had so much fun helping pick the lettuce, washing it with the ever popular salad spinner, and then eating it for dinner! It was a wonderful sight to see her get SO EXCITED about her "Salad growing mommy." We can't wait to enjoy many more meals with our fresh lettuce, and are looking forward to our carrots and cucumbers growing as well.
